RampKit provides a platform for creating, managing, and deploying user onboarding flows for mobile and web applications. Our services include SDKs, visual flow builders, analytics, A/B testing, and related features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our services

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

Use our services to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services

RampKit and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including all intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

You retain all rights to the content you create using our services, including onboarding flows and user data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Some features of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account in accordance with the pricing terms in effect at the time.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice to existing customers.

If you fail to pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you collect through our services complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts access to our services. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RampKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RampKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in our dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and content within 30 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
